Sunrise Solar Enhances Management Team

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sunrise Solar Corp. (OTCBB:SSLR) today announced a key management team appointment that will help position the Company to take full advantage of domestic and international opportunities in the solar marketplace. James Jim T. Kesaris, a proven senior executive with extensive financial and operational experience, has been named to the Companys Board of Directors. In addition, Kesaris, most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at USE Credit Union in San Diego, CA, will be responsible for designing the Companys internal financial control procedures and establishing the Audit and Compensation Committees.

About James T. Kesaris

Over the past 15 years, Mr. Kesaris has held senior-level management positions requiring hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership of the company's financial and key administrative functions, while serving as a close advisor to the CEO and the executive management team, on both day to day operations, and long-term strategic issues. These positions were held with privately and publicly-held companies, ranging in size from start-up to multi-billion dollar international businesses, and operating in various industries such as, financial services, investment banking, wealth management, high-tech manufacturing, marketing and distribution of branded consumer products, and Big 4 public accounting. In addition, he has worked in rapid and emerging-growth environments, as well as cash constrained and turnaround situations.

Most recently, he held the position of SVP-CFO at USE Bank, an $850 million middle-market financial institution that provided a wide range of consumer-based financial products and services. As CFO, had full balance sheet and P&L responsibility, which included the A/L management of the loan and investment portfolios, as well as customer deposits, and short and long-term credit lines from various financial institutions.

Prior to his position at USE, Kesaris held various financial and operational roles at companies such at Peninsula Holdings Group, Next Nutrition, and Chromalloy Gas Turbine in addition to serving as the CFO of the San Diego Chargers. Kesaris holds an M.B.A. and B.A. in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Illinois and is a registered CPA.
