BOTHELL, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Neah Power Systems, Inc., (OTCBB:NPWS), a leading developer of fuel cells for military applications and portable electronic devices, has acquired SolCool One, LLC (“SolCool”), a leader in the solar air conditioning industry.
SolCool specializes in supplying solar air conditioning systems, and has an established manufacturing partner in China, along with a recognized distribution and support network in various regions throughout the world. SolCool has shipped more than 45 systems and currently has a strong pipeline commitment for hundreds of additional systems in 2009 and 2010.
