5G Wireless Communications Signs its First Solar Project LLC Formation Agreement under the “Clean Energy and Power” Business Model

REDONDO BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--5G Wireless Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets: FGWC) www.cleanenergyandpower.com signed its first LLC Formation Agreement for a Solar Project to be deployed in the Czech Republic.

The Agreement calls for the formation of a Nevada LLC which will operate as a Subsidiary of 5G Wireless Communications - “Clean Energy and Power.” The proposed Solar Project is to be located in Kajove, Czech Republic. A summary of the project will be listed on the www.cleanenergyandpower.com website once the website is online.

The company CEO Bo Linton stated, “We are pleased to ramp up our first Clean Energy project. There is still work to do, but our ambitious goal is to have a solar project generating revenue before the end of this year.”

The Proposed project “Clean Energy and Power CZ1” will require addition funding before it can be fully realized. A portion of the Capitalization for CZ1 by 5G Wireless Communications is a condition stated in the LLC Formation Agreement.
