Monogram Energy, Inc. Continues Negotiations to Acquire US Green Energy, Inc.

RICHMOND, TX--(Marketwire - April 15, 2009) - Monogram Energy, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MGRN), a diversified commercial energy company, is continuing its negotiations to acquire US Green Energy, Inc. of Irvine, California. The board is pleased with the due diligence work to date, and anticipates completing that aspect of the project in just a few weeks. Once completed, this acquisition will allow Monogram Energy to enter into the manufacturing, marketing and sales of solar based residential and commercial products and systems, along with additional alternative energy based projects.
