REDONDO BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--5G Wireless Communications, Inc. (OTC Pink: FGWC) www.cleanenergyandpower.com signed its second LLC Formation Agreement for a Solar Project to be deployed in the Czech Republic.
The Agreement calls for the formation of a Nevada LLC which will operate as a Subsidiary of 5G Wireless Communications - “Clean Energy and Power.” The proposed Solar Project is to be located in Kaplice, Czech Republic. A summary of the project will be listed on the www.cleanenergyandpower.com website.
The company CEO Bo Linton stated, “CZ2 is another quality Clean Energy solar project for our company in the Czech Republic and it is exciting for us because it is much larger than the CZ1 project.”

The Proposed project “Clean Energy and Power CZ2” will require additional funding and final approvals before it can be fully realized. A portion of the Capitalization for CZ2 by 5G Wireless Communications is a condition stated in the LLC Formation Agreement.
