Solar Power, Inc. Announces Completion of Twentieth Century Fox Solar Installation

ROSEVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Solar Power, Inc. (OTCBB:SOPW) announced today that the Company has completed the installation of the 160 kW photovoltaic (“PV”) solar system it was contracted to design and install for Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation (“Fox”) located in Century City, California. The project was announced in April and has been successfully completed. The system is a blend of Solar Power, Inc.’s innovative SkyMount® commercial rooftop system and conventional racking. “We are very pleased to have completed this project for Twentieth Century Fox. Solar Power, Inc. designed, engineered and installed a 160 kW DC photovoltaic solar system at the Fox Studios lot located in Century City, California. The installation, utilizes Solar Power, Inc.’s innovative SkyMount® racking system which was combined with traditional racking on a standing seam barrel shaped roof complementing one of the building’s more prominent architectural features. The solar system, mounted on the roof of Fox’s historic Building 99, is an important part of the motion picture company’s Global Energy Initiative. The new system marks Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation’s first venture into on-site renewable energy generation.
