ReneSola Solar Modules to Power Landmark Commercial and Retail Development


JIASHAN, China, Sept. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ReneSola Ltd ("ReneSola" or the "Company") (NYSE: SOL), a leading global manufacturer of solar photovoltaic ("PV") modules and wafers, today announced it has contracted to sell 512 kilowatts ("kW") of its high-quality, high-efficiency solar modules to Cummings Properties, one of the most prominent full-service commercial real estate development and property management organizations in Massachusetts, for use on the rooftop solar system of Cummings Center, a two-million square foot corporate campus and retail center in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Under the terms of the agreement, ReneSola will ship 512 kW of its 305 watt ("W") poly modules to Cummings Properties this month. Design and construction of the center's rooftop solar system, as well as integration of ReneSola's solar modules, will be performed by Cummings Properties. To date, Cummings Properties has completed six rooftop solar projects totaling approximately 1 MW, with roughly 1 MW of additional projects in construction or planning phases.

ReneSola Signs 4.6 MW Module Sales Agreement with Solar Planet


IASHAN, China, Aug. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- ReneSola Ltd ("ReneSola" or the "Company") (NYSE: SOL), a leading global manufacturer of solar modules and wafers, today announced it has agreed to sell 4.6 megawatts ("MW") of its high-quality, high-efficiency 255 watt ("W") poly modules to Solar Planet Power Inc. ("Solar Planet"), a U.S. company specializing in photovoltaic ("PV") system solutions for commercial properties, including system due diligence, financing, design and installation.

Under the terms of the agreement, ReneSola will ship a total of 4.6 MW of its high-efficiency 255 W poly modules to Solar Planet in the third quarter of 2012. Solar Planet intends to order up to 15 MW of additional solar modules within six months following the initial delivery.

ReneSola Announces US$100 Million Share Repurchase Program

JIASHAN, China, Aug. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- ReneSola Ltd (NYSE: SOL) ("ReneSola" or the "Company"), a leading global manufacturer of solar products, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which ReneSola may repurchase up to US$100 million in aggregate value of the Company's outstanding ordinary shares.

Under the program, the Company may, from time to time, for a limited period of time, depending on market conditions, share price and other factors, make one or more purchases, on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions, of up to US$100 million in aggregate value of the Company's outstanding common shares. Such purchases under the program will be made in accordance with the applicable laws and subject to any required regulatory approvals. ReneSola Signs Letters of Intent to Develop 500 MW On-grid Power Generation Project and 5 MW Rooftop Project

IASHAN, China, July 16 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- ReneSola Ltd ("ReneSola" or the "Company") (NYSE: SOL) (AIM: SOLA), a leading global manufacturer of solar wafers, today announced that it has entered into a letter of intent with the Yancheng city government, Jiangsu province, to develop a 500 megawatt ("MW") on-grid solar power generation project. In addition, the Company has been granted the exclusive right in a letter of intent with the Panzhihua east district government, Sichuan province, to develop a 5 MW rooftop project. Both projects are subject to feasibility studies and approvals by various government authorities.

500 MW On-grid Power Generation Project

According to the letter of intent entered into with the Yancheng city government, ReneSola will develop a 500 MW on-grid power generation project in Jiangsu province, China. The project will consist of mainly ground-mounted system applications and 10 MW of rooftop installations to be built over a 6 year period.

5 MW Panzhihua Project

According to the letter of intent entered into with the Panzhihua east district government, ReneSola will develop a rooftop project of no less than 600,000 square meters for new or existing government buildings, with installed capacity planned to reach 5 MW.

ReneSola Launches Phase 1 Trial Production at its 3,000 MT Polysilicon Manufacturing Facility

JIASHAN, China, July 14 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- ReneSola Ltd ("ReneSola" or the "Company") (NYSE: SOL) (AIM: SOLA), a leading global manufacturer of solar wafers, today announced that it has successfully commenced trial production on the first batch of polysilicon from Phase 1 of its two-phase, 3,000 metric tonne ("MT") annualized capacity polysilicon manufacturing facility located in China's Sichuan province.
